Royal Bank of Scotland
AWA have worked as an intimate partner to RBS for 6 years on their journey to implementing ‘Intelligent Working’ and now the ‘Choice’ programme, supporting over 12,000 people in their transition to new ways of working. From initially developing tools and processes, undertaking studies, running pilot schemes and engaging leaders AWA have gone on to undertake a number of large scale behavioural change programmes and delivered training to enable RBS’s own team to deliver agile working.

Nationwide Building Society
Nationwide Building Society was AWA’s first client over 20 years ago. Since then we have undertaken a variety of projects including: Administration centre strategy, Headquarters strategy, Call Centre re-location studies, briefing and behavioural change management and strategy for Society-wide implementation of agile working.

Mintel
Mintel, is one of the world’s leading Consumer Research organisations with offices across the world. AWA have worked with Mintel on their workplace and cultural evolution over the last 4 years triggered by the relocation projects at two of their centres in London and Chicago. AWA have undertaken studies to assist in defining requirements, select locations and have designed and supported the behavioural transition to agile working.

ASDA
ASDA, is a leading UK retailer and part of Walmart, the world’s largest supermarket chain. AWA have undertaken studies to assess the effectiveness of ASDA’s Home Office and develop plans for the evolution of culture, working practices and workplace designs.

AXA
AXA is a one of the world’s leading Insurers. AWA have worked on a number of projects with AXA, including the relocation to a new Headquarters .

LLoyds Banking Group
Lloyds Banking Group, the UK Financial Services business has been a client of AWA’s over a number of years during which time we have undertaken a variety of projects involving benchmarking, the development of templates for the group’s Call Centre strategy, workplace strategies, large scale utilisation studies and an assessment of the groups’ agile working strategy.

Ernst & Young
Ernst & Young, one of the world’s leading professional services firms, has been a client of AWA’s over a number of years. We have worked on studies and agile working change management programmes linked to Ernst & Young’s relocation to new offices. We have provided tools and methodologies to enable Ernst & Young to plan and deliver agile working across its UK portfolio.

Morgan Stanley
Morgan Stanley is one of the world’s leading Investment Banks. AWA worked with Morgan Stanley’s IT Infrastructure and Real Estate groups to support the delivery of an Agile Working Pilot at their Canary Wharf offices.

The UK Border Agency
The UK Border Agency (UKBA) is the border control agency of the British government and an Executive Agency of the UK Home Office. AWA’s work with UKBA involved the delivery of a large scale agile working change programme which prepared UKBA’s people for the transition to agile working as part of a property consolidation at UKBA’s campus at Croydon, London.

Standard Life
Standard Life, a household name global insurance company based in Edinburgh have been a client of AWA’s for a number of years. AWA have undertaken benchmarking, outsourcing support and agile working strategy and change management assignments for Standard Life.

Willis
Willis is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers. AWA have undertaken many projects for Willis over a number of years from providing benchmarking services, supporting the development of the Real Estate and Facilities function, undertaking accommodation strategy studies and assisting in the application of agile working.

The Home Office
The Home Office is responsible for immigration, security, and law and order. AWA’s work with The Home Office involved undertaking a study to assess the effectiveness of the Home Office’s Headquarters workplace at Marsham Street, London, working as an adviser to the Steering Group and engaging with senior civil servants to deliver a behavioural change programme prepare people for the transition to agile working.

Microsoft
AWA have undertaken a variety of projects with Microsoft over a number of years including research, benchmarking, workplace studies and behavioural change management.

BP
BP, one of the worlds leading petrochemical companies have been a client of AWA’s for many years following on AWA’s work to implement an agile working regime across BP Exploration’s campus in Aberdeen some years ago.

Pfizer are a leading global pharmaceutical player. AWA have undertaken studies with Pfizer associated with the company’s transition to agile working.

The Chartered Institute for Building
The CIOB is the UK’s Chartered Institute of Building. AWA work with CIOB on a number of specialist workplace assignments.

RWE NPower
AWA have worked with RWE NPower to support their journey to agile working, setting up and monitoring Pilots and undertaking workplace studies.
