AWA’s Workplace PIN (Performance Innovation Network) supports senior leaders in improving business performance by providing stimulating programmes of structured workshops  that focus on the adoption of innovative concepts for work, place and workplace management.

Each programme is linked to an AWA Transition Framework providing a comprehensive   set of knowledge, tools, expert insights, case studies and benchmarks. Detailed case studies provide a base for sharing experience and learnings from other organisations.
