Niels Rasmussen is a senior associate at AWA. He has more than 25 years of experience delivering workplace transformations and behaviour change for large corporations across the globe.
An expert in his field, Niels specialises in behaviour and culture change, with a particular focus on enabling organisational transformation through successful behaviour change. He uses insights and evidence-based practices from behavioural science and organisational psychology to optimise change outcomes.
Niels is solution-oriented and grasps business and organisational dynamics easily. This helps him to define the behavioural gaps and to design effective change solutions. His wide-ranging client experiences include businesses such as Microsoft, UBS, Clifford Chance, Mizuho Bank, Cargill, Citi, Maersk and Shell.
Niels holds master’s in both law and organisational behaviour (Birkbeck, London), and is currently finishing an Executive MSc in behavioural science at the London School of Economics. He is also trained as a coach and utilises behavioural insights and meta-cognitive techniques to facilitate transformation for both organisations and individuals.
